Stay Tropical Cancun

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown Cancun. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The location was perfect, as it was close to the main shopping mall and within walking distance of the beach or the zona hoteler. The staff, especially Emiliano, was helpful and always available via WhatsApp.

Clean room with well-equipped kitchenette. Comfortable bed, though extra pillows would have been nice. Option for room cleaning for an extra cost. Drinking water provided. Convenient location near shopping options and a few convenience stores.

I had a great stay at this venue! The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and easy access to public transportation to get to the beach. The room was also very comfortable, with AC and fast internet. I appreciated the helpful staff and their excellent communication. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly!

I had a wonderful stay at Stay Tropical Downtown Studios. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with a large and comfortable bed. The internet was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected. The hot water and water pressure in the bathroom were great. The terrace chairs were comfortable and provided a nice place to relax. The location was convenient, being near a Walmart and a bus stop to the hotel zone. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. I had a pleasant experience at Stay Tropical Downtown Studios.

The host was friendly and available via WhatsApp, always ready to provide assistance when needed. The location was excellent, with easy access to shopping centers and convenience stores, making it convenient for stocking up on supplies. the hotel was located in downtown, away from the expensive hotel zone, saving me a lot of money.

The shower pressure was a bit too strong for my liking, but it wasn't a major issue. the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly and regularly.

Stay Tropical Downtown Studios is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore all that Cancun has to offer. The hotel is situated close to the main shopping mall, providing easy access to a variety of stores and restaurants. the hotel is in a quiet area, allowing for a peaceful stay.

The hotel lacks a visible sign on the roads, making it slightly challenging to find for those without data or navigation assistance.

We loved the friendly owners and guests, and the beautiful small park nearby. The location was perfect, just a short walk to buses and shops. Our room had a lovely terrace and all the necessary amenities. WiFi was great and Emiliano was always available for assistance, even late at night. Highly recommended for beach relaxation or sightseeing.
